AlphaZap is built with privacy by design. We collect no personal data — this policy is short because there's nothing to explain.

AlphaZap is an independent word puzzle game. Bundle ID: com.lushdevs.alphazap. We are a solo developer focused on making clean, private, ad-free games.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We collect absolutely no personal information of any kind.

No names, emails, or contact information
No location or GPS data
No device identifiers or advertising IDs
No camera, microphone, or photo access
No financial or payment information
No health or biometric data
No cross-app tracking of any kind

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The only data we store is your game progress, saved locally on your device:

Coin balance and star counts
Level completion and high scores
Sound and music settings

🔒 This data never leaves your device. We have no servers. Nothing is ever transmitted anywhere.

4. Internet Permission

Internet permission is declared as a standard Flutter SDK requirement. It is not used to transmit any data. The game works fully offline without any internet connection.

5. Third-Party Services

AlphaZap contains no third-party analytics, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, or trackers of any kind.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Since we collect no data from anyone, AlphaZap is fully safe for children of all ages and complies with COPPA and equivalent children's privacy regulations worldwide.

7. GDPR Compliance

We collect no personal data, so there is nothing to process, store, or transfer. AlphaZap is GDPR compliant by design.

8. Deleting Your Data

Simply uninstall the app. All local game data is automatically removed. No request to us is necessary.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, changes will be noted in app store update release notes.
